Best Distro for public access machines

We have 5 machines in our canteen that are for public access, running Windows 7, you do not need a logon for them, they are isolated from our main network.

They need a re-image as they are full of the usual dross associated with a public accessible machine.

We are looking at the option on putting Linux onto them instead, but after advice on the best distro to put on them.

I'd personally boot all from a tftp server.. then a simple reboot would clean them
