Best dj software?

Friend is getting into dj'ing, looking for the best dj software people think that is out there?

Price isn't really important, he has a few nights planned and a lot of stuff in the works, time to learn something new though.

Runs windows, no mac stuff

He does indeed have real decks/mixers.
