Best down blowing cooler

I am currently rebuilding my Q6600 setup after using my TT120 passive in my server.

What is the best cooler for the Q6600 that points down and allows the fan to also cool the motherboard?

I'd say the coolermaster gemini ii, attach 2 120mm fans on it and it doesnt just cool the cpu

Thermalright SI-128 SE, most underated cooler on the market imho within a degree or two of the TRUE.

I can echo w3bbo's vote as i have a soft spot for the Big Typhoon - have a lapped one and it's ace.

However i can also confirm that the SI128 is incredibly capable.

Lastly, that new Noctua looks particularly good too.
