sorry if this has been answered already but theres that many ati threads its hard to keep track :p.at moment just using basic drivers off the disk and applied hotfix.is there a big performance difference with other drivers.
 
thats the thing theres always sneaky beatas and hacked drivers about didnt know if there was any better than the ones currently available.
 
i would use the 8.6 hotfix drivers. There's an 8.7 beta floating around but a LOT of people have had problems with it, including me....so I wouldn't bother.
