Best drivers for a 7800gtx on windows x64

Anyone know which drivers work best for a 7800gtx running on windows XP x64? Someone i know just built a new system consisting of A64 X2 4200+, 2 gig memory and the above card yet is only getting 15fps when nothing is going on and less than 1fps when he activates a power (game is city of heros). Currently he's running the 81.98 drivers :eek:
