Best Drivers for BC2 for a 4890 no xfire?

Currently running xfire but gonna take the 2nd card out and run with one for a bit

what are the best cats for bc2?

not 10.4a previews still surely?

My son's just using the latest drivers for his 4890 no problems with BC2 or BLK OPS.

I run latest 10.10 for my 4870 which is pretty similar. No problems at all

thanks for the reply fellas. which 10.10s are you using? just the vanilla or one of the hotfixes?

also waht settings do you use to get decent framerates?

I'm at 1680x1050

i'm running everything on high except shadows on medium, HBAO off, AAx2, AFx16, vsync off.

I've tried 10.10 and i'm getting some kind of slowdowns in BC2, while SC II has some gissues aswell. Tried 10.4a and b but BC2 loading times increases, for me the best is 10.8b. best loading times and best frame rates.

you finding the '10.8b's are good with your 4850 cf?

i've got the 2nd 4890, but took it out because i was thinking of upgrading, and got a bit sick of the flashing textures and random grass...

currently on the 10.4a preview drivers, if i could sort of the above i would stick with crossfire as the performance is good (i can play pretty much everything maxed at 1680x1050)

Apparently the '10.9a's with 10.9 application profile are quite good...?
