Best drop down library?

Hi,
What is the best drop down menu script to use? I'd prefer it if it was all CSS based (and uses JS for when the CSS parts can't work in all browsers)?

Not really sure on the best, since I rarely use them, but this one seems very nice, has a large array of browsers for supported although isn't supported by Mac IE5.x. Plus, it's pure CSS.
