best dslr for under £450 that can shoot 1080p or higher and takes great photos. I would like to get in to photogrphy/video.

If you need a lens as well as a body then you could probably pick up the Canon 700D with the 18-55 STM for around that price. The 18-55 STM is a kit lens but it will be decent enough to start off with.
