best dual monitor setup on Mac mini

what's the easiest way to go about setting up dual displays on Mac mini.

im assuming that my main monitor, connect via HDMI to the HDMI on the Mac, and the secondary is to buy a hdmi to usb c cable to connect to the thunderbolt usb c port on the back of the MM?

owc thunderbolt 3 to dual hdmi adapter. I have one myself and it's great, also has ethernet and 2x USB.

I use it with the TB3 port on my MacBook Pro. No reason to think it wouldn't work on the newer TB5 port on the MM.
