Best dvd creator software?

What is the best program that makes good use of my PC for fast encoding. I've got a lot of video files that I need to make into dvds and what I'm using at the mo 'dvdfab' doesn't really utilise my hardware that much. Cpu frequency is on 1806Mhz and GPU is just above idle in converting task which is taking forever. (10 mins for 30 min 520p video conversion)

Are there any high speed programs available that utilises hardware such as in my sig?

I'm just converting a MP4 film of some 2gb which is going to take around 90 mins using DVD Flick. DVD flick always give the max size to fit on standard dvd. "ConvertX to dvd" is faster but the size of the completed film is less
