Best dvd menu maker software

what software should i be looking to use to create the best most professional looking dvd menus?

I always used publisher.

If you mean the DVD itself then Ulead DVD Moviefactory does a good job.
I don't bother with menus and just use WINAVI.
I have used ConvertXToDVD for a couple of simple menus.

If you mean making cover artwork then I always use Corel Draw.
