Best DVD player software please?

Just Got a widescreen laptop, and want to know best DVD player software i can get my hands on. Any suggestions?

I like to use WinDVD7. I use it as more of a media player too for video as it outputs full screen on my second display (TV) and also will output 5.1DD via SPDIF to my AV Receiver.

I like Power DVD, although Theatretek has a few features that are useful for HTPC's (FFDSHOW integration and custom stretch modes/aspect)

I use powerdvd 7

VideoLAN VLC Player. Plays almost anything in a small easy to use program. It's skinable too, with some available from their site.

I find that too. MPC has/had some great advantages though - why lose them on the newer ones?

Tried mpc with Good the bad anfd the Ugly, much better than windows mp!

Used Power Dvd for a few years now without any problems, currently using version 6.0

I just use vlc or mpc I just find that powerdvd has tons of useless buttons, I mean why have fast forward etc when in a single click you can jump to any point on the dvd you want?
