does anyone know here know of the best software app to plot plan route from uk around europe ?

many just want to sell routes or tours. when a custom easy to use planner is whats wanted thanks.

its for a mate he wants to customize the routes. he was using google maps but if you try and pull the roads or alter to what he wants it doesnt really let him customize it much.
