What would you consider to be the best Easter Egg you have found or know about in a game?

Bonus points for posts with YouTube links!

Recently It would be the Ice Cream truck Easter egg in Hitman Absolution which made me chuckle.

Going back some time, it would be the end of Doom 2 when meeting the final boss and the voice is John Romero reversed.

Some of the Metal Gear Solid ones are pretty neat. Like the PS1 in Otacons lab in MGS1.

The whole police station level from Max Payne 2, which is basically a gigantic ****-take of 3DR/DNF

Wolfenstein level embedded in Doom2 is pretty good, too.
