i use gmail for personal use but would like an address for work use. id like it to have pop3 so i could read my emails on outlook or on my htc phone.

my gmail was hacked a few days ago so i am looking for a better option. will ay if need be. thanks for any advice

Gmail is no less secure than other email providers, if your account was compromised then I'd be looking at your computer, or computers you have used to log into your gmail as the source.

I personally use inbox.com - mainly because of the advanced spam filtering, pop3 / imap access and 5gb of free space. There's only one niggle I have and that's if I download all the e-mail off the server it still stays on there - this is a feature though and, in all honesty, has saved me a lot of hassle when I've forgotten to take some files to work, etc.

Why would it be a niggle? I would expect most people would prefer not having just one copy of each email, which could be spread over different clients!

GMail even lets POP3 leave stuff in your inbox! Handy for anyone forced to use POP3 for whatever reason.
