Best encoder to use with PS3?

I have a few RMVB and DIVX I'd like top encode so I can play them on my PS3
Whats the best encoder to use?
Resolution of the files is 480p or lower.
I'm using Vista home prem x64 and a Q6600.

Stream them using Tversity if you can, or better yet hook your PC up to the TV if that's possible.

Will give Tversity a go
