Hey everyone, just wondering what you would consider to be the best devices for ergonomics in an both a working office environment and an at home gaming environment. I have been suffering from RSI recently so i am looking to achieve greater ergonomics than i already have.

Currently i use the following peripherals:

Keyboard:
Corsair RGB K95

It looks nice, has a great wrist rest, i wish i got the k70 however in that the k95 is just too big and means your mouse hand is displaced unnaturally to the right or the keyboard hand is on the far left.

Mouse:
Logitech g502

Not too heavy for a mouse, has many buttons which is great and feature, fits nicely in the hand and has great software.

Drawing tablet:
Wacom Intuos Pro

I only use this for drawing, many people do use this for mouse browsing\general use as a way of avoiding RSI and being less of a strain than a mouse.

Chair:
el-cheapo chair currently, black, leather that's ripped, looking to replace this with the Herman Miller Aeron soon, have considered the Mirra 2 as a possibility but everything still points back to the Aeron.

Desk:

I have no idea what model or where it's originally from, i do know that it's older than me and from the 1970s, it's a well made desk, but it's not at the same height as myself, it's too tall to really be used a computer desk comfortably so my arms are always somewhat elevated up which is obviously no good for ergonomics at all and applying stress on my elbows\arms.
