What's the best case within £/€/$200-ish for achieving silence?

The reason I'm asking like this is because 'silent' cases often require high rpms, while 'high flow' cases often get away with low rpms, effectively cancelling the benefits of noise proofing. So I'm asking about the end effect, not about whatever happens to be best among 'silent' cases.

Replacing stock fans is an option if a good case comes with poor ones.

It be a lot better if you list all the hardware your going be putting in this case

Pretty much impossible to recommend a case without knowing what going in it..

I also have the ft02. Watercooled system with a 120 and a 240 rad.
The FT02 not very good for watercooling, Can only fit fairly small Rads
Am looking at ordering the Evolv X and thinking of water cooling it sometime later with a 420 & 280 rad

The FT02 was one the best cases you could buy in it's day but there far better cases out now and for me it time to change..
