I currently have an external SSD connected to my USB-C 3.1 port on my computer, but I need a new one for development work on a new project and have no idea what I need. I only have USB 3.0 ports left, but I'm wondering which one I should get? I'd like at 2TB of data storage and maybe depending on certain things. If required, I can always plug my current drive into a USB 3.0 port and then use the USB-C 3.1 port for the new drive. Speed is important.
