Best Fallout 3 mods?

Looking at the top 50 mods at fallout 3 nexus would probably give you a good idea of where to start. I dont think there are any "best" mods, its down to personal preference really. There are mods to change or add an awful lot, you'll be spoiled for choice really.
 
yeah , i dont like using the retex mods cos i cba lol. I like the armor and weps ones. ( by the way this is crofty little bro :D)
