Best fan / system cooling monitoring program?

just wanting to know what is recommended on here for the best software, to keep an eye on the temps and fan control etc..

thanks @ChrisD. I was just thinking of it because my "run around" is a 2017 MBP and its on Intel and so does get quite warm, but as I believe its a standard thing, that running hot is the norm and won't affect anything?

Am I right inn saying if there was an issue via temps, the MB would just reboot, our shutdown or whatever to save itself??

My work 2018 i7 MBP has been running between 60 and 100 degrees for over 3 years daily with heavy use and I've never had an issue.

Oh wow! In that case I feel reassured I’m not going to bother with the software I don’t think!

yeah @Feek will take you guys advice and leave for now. Everything OK atm, so no change needed is suppose.
