The noctua nfp14s are also on a par, cost more but in my opinion have higher build quality. However they are painted in vomit brown. Not pretty.

Those three types of fan are what I would consider for a new rig.

Very good but loud, make sure you have a controller - they are not silent atall haha. unless you dont mind ofcourse

Scythe Gentle Typhoons have pretty good static pressure in reviews. Only seem to be bettered by 30mm fans. Ocuk don't stock the faster versions tho
