Best fans

I only have 1 x 120mm exhaust in my case and a top mounted PSU so I want a fan that can go up to higher speeds if it gets hot in the case, for example 1200rpm idle and when gaming 1600rpm or more.

Price for fan about £12 max. If there is one for less that is almost as good then I will get that instead.

Also do you know what the "Asus fan xpert 3" on the Z97-a does with 3 pin fans? Can this change the fan speed in small amounts eg. 5v > 6v > 7v or would I need a PWM fan for more precise speeds?

What is the difference between these (other than price and the rubber on the multiframe).. Which one performs best?
