Best file format for uploading to flickr?

Hey guys,
What is the best settings/file type to use in photoshop to upload to flickr for best quality for the ocuk competitions?

I would say JPEG\JPG and keep the file size to about 1mg, I’ve found anything above this doesn’t make much difference on Flickr.

How do you keep the EXIF information on flickr to prove the date taken and settings?

Jpeg. For anyone else looking I sorted the EXIF data with him so not to worry

When you save your picture in PS the Exif information should still be imbedded within the file. To see if it's working ok on flikkr, bring up one of your photos you have uploaded to flikkr and at the top left, click on actions than view Exif info.

Jpg and make sure it's srgb so the colours look right.
