this is how i feel about cod2, on css + bf2 the guns just dont appear to be hitting the enemy (bf2 more than css) but on cod2 if you hit them, you hit them, nothing better than rifling on cod2 for me, love getting ace shots

OK, so this IS just Steam-hosted games, right? Cause FEAR has quite a lot of people played, far more than there were Quake 3 servers last time I checked.... Used to play a lot of Quake 3 (especially Rocket Arena 3), but there's never more than a handful of servers to play on these days so I moved on to FEAR.
Has the game's release on Steam reinvigorated the community? Are people playing Q3 mods as well, or just the basic game? Do you think someone like me, who bought the game yonks ago and doesn't own the Steam version, will be able to join those Steam-hosted servers? Cause I'd be back playing in a SECOND if I can!

Its complete Carp TBH. If HL2 mods are classed under the HL2 section . . Does this mean ALL source games . . .
What about DOD:S, CS:S (I used to get 27000 servers ALONE for CS:S). Cant now as my router caps them at about 800. Dunno why.
