Best FO3 Mods?

Hey guys,
Fantastic game, and Ive heard there are hundreds of mods out there!
Ive completed the main storyline and most quests numerous times, and I already have all the DLC (i.e. Operation Anchorage, The Pitt, Mothership Zeta (which was too linear for my likings), Point Lookout (which I found to be great), and Broken Steel0.

So what other mods are out there that you would recommend?

And I hate google.
And google throws up tonnes of crap and not prepared to shift through tonnes of junk for one or two stuff that are good. :rolleyes:

Why not just ask people who obviously know?

How do you install mods?
IronSights in particular has me confused.
And MartsMod has me worried with the crashes if done incorrectly and possible issues with Vista.

So, a mini-walkthrough would be cool

"If you are using Windows Vista make sure you DO NOT play Fallout 3 from your Program Files folder, this has been known to cause strange problems (if UAC is on/incorrect permissions), install Fallout 3 somewhere else. "

Translation?

Does it simply mean to create a shortcut? Or launch off disk?

uac is off.

Does that mean I dont need to do anything and can launch FO3 off disk as per norm?

With RE to GNR More Where That Came From, mine works fine and there are no issues.

Some people have had pauses when they havent installed some of the .wavs (i.e. do you hear clips of info about VATS, and what to do if you come into conact with Fallout??) if not, then you've missed something in your install
