Will be needing a new flat screen monitor for my 2nd system, not really for gaming as it will be for my parents, and as they are on quite a tight budget they cannot afford the earth. What would be the best monitor for the above price these days?

take your pic really from any of the OcUK range. All reputable brands and good screens. For general office use, there isn't really anything special to look out for from the models in the price range. Just find one which you like the looks, features and price of
