Best format size?

Finally receoved some long awaited drives.
My question being, what is the best size to format these as?

My partitions are going to consist of:

C: OS
D: Temps / Swapfile.
E: Games and Apps.
F: Downloads / Storage.

Would i be right in saying, 4k for C + D, and 64k for the rest?

Although it wasn't my main question it helps
Theres going to be 3, my current one plus 2 F3's in raid 0.
What would be the best size to format my partitions as?

I would like to keep some partitions to keep my most least important data at the edges of my disks.

I'll give both ago for now, not going to be doing a final way till i get Windows 7.
