Best free app uninstaller / system cleaner

Im wondering which is the best free app that will uninstall programs of my PC in any leftover files.
I was looking for something like ccleaner, which will do all the basics in one place so I dont need 10 apps

I use to use windows but nearly all apps would leave files behind.

the 4 apps ive seen are

ccleaner - I think this also leaves files behind, well it did for me in the past.
iObit - I dont like the fact I need to download each feature and sometimes avast thinks its a virus.

I used ccleaner till I found out about there active monitoring “spying” on people so got rid of that and used IO bit then uninstalled it after use, looking for something as well so I’ll see what people recommend
