best free html/js/jquery/php editor type thingy?

currently using notepad++ but would like something that auto completes code and stuff, saw a vid online of MS visual studio, then saw they want £600 for it lol.

Notepad++ has code completion - go to Settings > Preferences > Backup/Auto-Completion > 'Enable Auto Completion on Each Input'.

Visual Studio is great, but it's geared towards ASP .NET rather than PHP.
