It's a very, very different experience. Well worth a look, doesn't play like any other mmo.

Yeah it should do, it seems to work ok on my brothers laptop and I dont think his is as good as yours (although im not too sure). Might have to have it on lowish settings though.

It is completely free, and not too big to download I dont think, so might as well give it a try. If it doesnt work well then you can always delete it and no money lost.

LOTRO is good fun but the f2p is not without limitations, I hit level 40~ without spending a penny but it seems you have to start grinding deeds to earn the free turbine points for more content (quests / areas etc).

Easiest thing to do is level up another character , used the tps gained on the additional characters to buy the quest packs that your "main" character needs. Easiest way to level up for free.
