Best free, simple tool to convert mov files to vmw?

As title - i'm going out of my mind trying to find a decenty free one. Can anyone highlight some good ones?

Not sure if it was a typo or not (vmw) but if you mean wmv then http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html does pretty much any conversion I have ever chucked at it. Fantastic freebie although the download link is tricky to find on their page as they try and hide it from hotlinkers.
