Best free video editor/creator?

Looking for a freeware video creator.

Nothing complicated, just as long as I can add mp3 files and images.

Any suggestions?

Nope, not on this build of Win7 anyway.

I think you have to download it as part of "Windows Live Essentials" (moviemaker that is)
