Best game settings for G25

So, I received my Logitech G25 today, and I must say, I was highly impressed.

Great piece of kit, loving it so far, even though it takes some getting used to.

I was wondering, if anyone knew of some good settings for GRID, DIRT and Need for Speed: Shift, as I understand games sometimes need some optimisation to the settings already there for the G25.
