Best games to test on new setup...

For eye candy, and games that will test your setup:
Witcher 3
ACreed Unity
Crysis 3
The Division
Project Cars
GTA V
 
Rise of The Tomb Raider is a beautiful game and the only one I have to tweak the max settings to get 50 FPS+ with my Fury X at 3440x1440p.

DOOM is another obvious choice that hasn't been mentioned yet I don't think.

Just Cause 3 pushes the graphics card pretty hard too.
 
Ass creed syndicate is a very pretty game and quite a decent return to form for the series. I love the setting as you can run about London and jump across the Thames on big barges.

Subnautica is a lot of fun and very pretty for a different kind of survival game that is a little bit horror at points (well it might make you jump a few times at least).
