I'm looking for the best gaming headset available. I want to be able to listen to music on it but it also having a good microphone so I can use it for voice chat. USB would be great.

There's no single best for every situation.

For start if you have quiet environment, then open ear cup design is good for maximizing comfort by lowering heat insulation.
But if environment has noises it lets all noise through basically unmuffled.
Closed ear cup design is needed for isolating noise, but it also makes headphones breath less increase probability of ears sweating more.
Also it's harder to balance for accurate sound.

Then there's also the question do you want maximal details for distinguishing foot steps etc, or more balanced sound.
Because neutral accurate bass sounds easily shy eating "fun factor".

So what would you prefer in those?

And there's no reason to go for gaming branded trinkets.
Good headphones from actual audio makers can be gotten for comparable price, or for even less than lots of gaming trinkets.
You also get choises between closed/open design and "sound profile" you would prefer.

And ModMic makes it easy to mod any normal headphone into headset.

probably best to specify a budget,

Also the best headset isn't necessarily the best for you, i tried a few before buying mine it and as i mainly play racing sims i could barely tell the difference between some of them, ended up with a Corsair void rgb its comfy, works well and sound quality more than good enough for me, was impressed by the sound quality of beyerdynamic (mmx300 i think) but it was over double the price (without being twice as good) and looked like something a failed 80's radio DJ with a questionable past would wear.

HyperX Cloud Orbit S
I would look at to start with if money is no option.

Logitech Gaming Pro X /
HyperX Cloud Alpha S / Corsair VOID
if you're on a smaller budget.

Better Audio Quality from Sennheiser hd598sr & A Blue snowball ICE microphone would do the job even better if you are open to that combo.

Just ordered a SteelSeries Arctis 7 headset, not had a headset for about 7 years so it will be interesting to see if the technology has moved on much.

The BEST available?

I'd probably go for something like a Sennheiser HD800S with a Schiit Ragnarok and Yggdrasil combo, I'd be more conservative with the microphone and run a Samson G-Track Pro.

Failing that it really depends on your budget and expectations.

+1 Works for me.
Of course the OP could include his budget...
