hi guys simple question i hope ! best corded gaming keyboard for around £ 60 must be a backlit keyboard too .. thanks in advance
 
For FPS you dont really need macro keys...
Cherry Black would be perfect for FPS, but worse for typing. If you want to have 50% gaming 50% typing keyboard go for cherry red or brown.
 
lets see for years now fps players have got by fine with out the need for mecanical switches, and the merk puts a load of butons where you need them with Anti-ghosting.

sorry to hijack the thread.... can anyone recommend a keyboard for writing essays etc?
I'm not too bothered about millions of programmable buttons, but something with a nice press-feel to it, and relatively quiet?
 
^^^^ Couldn't agree more.

Ozone Strike with black switches for FPS, need nothing more and here really isn't much less you could have on a keyboard. While it isn't a "typing" beast, for FPS gaming, it is unbeatable.

In regards to back light..............Learn where the keys are, you should never need a backlight. If you're looking at your buttons, you're missing wheat is happening on screen.

:confused: keyboard i listed has n key rollover. Mechanical switches are better for gaming, loads of buttons where you need them? What fps have you been playing which needs that many keys? Or you playing 3 at once? :p
