Best gaming monitor under £600?

Hi I’m looking for some help choosing a new gaming monitor to replace my aging BenQ screen. I’m currently running a GTX 1060 card so would like a good gaming monitor to go with it. I would prefer to keep it under £600 but can push the boat out a bit more for the right screen.

A few things to ask to help with the recommendation:

• What games would you mostly be playing? Competitively?
• What resolution would you like to play at?
• Would you prioritise a higher refresh rate or higher resolution?
• Is there a certain minimum monitor size you would like?
• Is G-SYNC a must have?

Just a few thoughts to have really. You could definitely get a lot for your budget.
