Best gaming mouse for lefties??

Calling all lefties!!! I really need to get a new mouse, but a lot of the gaming mice I look at have been ergonomically designed with the right hander in mind - hend the banana shaped swoosh from left to right - whats the best neutral or left handed gaming mouse out there?
