If it suits your grip the Zowie FK series are hard to beat, decently consistent, stable sensors which makes them ideal for FPS gaming.

Suggestions are a little old in it. I would personally try to hold one in a store if you can. Changing grip can be really difficult if you aren't used to it and could end up frustrating you.

Mouse wise there are good suggestions in this thread already but if you want to know for sure I would research it a bit.

Those are all good choices for sure but it also depends what kind of games you are going to play. Like I said you should research it.
 
hey, has anybody got or had any experience with the logitech g402. I'm currently using a m60 and come from a 518, i'd like a grip mouse and not really looking at zowie's due to the build quality reviews.
The last impulse buy was a mistake, so any feedback greatly appreciated.

It all comes down to how you hold the mouse. My suggestion is based on my own style (claw grip), which is the closest shape to my previous two mice (MX300/G1).

I'd also suggest looking at the Ninox Aurora, which is of similar shape to the ones that I've already mentioned.

Depends on how you hold your Mouse ?

I'm a finger tip user & the Zowie FK (2014) does the job for me. No bells with this mouse, its almost plug & play...
