Maicon's was a fluke

Elano's in that game was pretty special, Villa's yesterday was awesome as well.

Both Japanese freekicks were pretty good, especially the second!

The Japanese goals must have been freak goals, remember, the balls not allowing people to take good free kicks

I've just looked through the calendar and I'm having trouble finding any that I would call great goals, they've all been fairly ordinary.

I would agree Japan's 2nd goal versus Denmark was probably the best imo, most of the others were flukes, deflections or bad goalkeeping.

David Villa - where he skinned 2 players and put it top corner and Tshabalala.

Fabiano's was good as well although he did use his arm, he chipped like 2/3 players before finishing.

Favourite has to be the Japanese third against Denmark, nice build up play.

The best strike has to be the Japanese first from the same game.

Tshabalala and Fabiano have had 2 thunderous goals as well, kepper helpless in both

Fabiano's first goal against the Ivory Coast....superb strike into the top corner...probably the best goal of the group games for me...along with a few others.

Todays goal by Suarez was a stunner...the 2nd goal which sealed the match...superb strike in pouring rain too.
