Another vote for the EVGA 480. I can't see why anyone would opt for the 560 over the far quicker 480

You'd have to overclock the nuts off it to get it anywhere near the 480, and let's not forget the 480 clocks very well too! You've also got the added benefit of extra VRAM as the cheapest 2GB 560Ti is quite a bit over the OPs budget.
Just out of interest HeX, what case were you using to run your 480?
I've never had this major 'noise' issue with my 480 that people constantly bang on about, but perhaps it's because I'm running it in a well ventilated Silverstone TJ09?
I was talking about the 560Ti 448 which you can get for the exact same price as the 480, and if you look at the comparison for that they are nigh on identical:

While running cooler, quieter, and using a ton less power. No nuts need to be clocked.
The 480 was run in a well ventilated P180, 200mm on top, apache's all round, H50 on the CPU. Tons of airflow.
I replaced the 480 with a 560Ti Twin Frozr II which was utterly silent even under full load (by silent I mean you couldn't hear it over the normal ambient case noise). The 480 on the other hand sounded like a hairdryer, it's not like it's suprising news, EVERY review talks about the noise of the cooler, EVERY dB test puts it right at the top. People aren't just making it up about how loud they are.
