Best GPU thermal paste

I want to re-paste my R9 290 but have no idea what paste will achieve the best results. Any suggestions? I need it to be non-conductive though!

i had a msi 290 gaming, it would reach around 88c , then i found out the way MSI apply paste is bad and it dries up, so i re applied Arctic MX 4 paste, and temps went down to 83c

The new Thermal Grizzly pastes are supposed to be very good.

Edit\ Have you checked out the sticky at the top of this section, it was done a while ago so doesn't include the newer pastes such as TG but is still well worth checking out.

They are all about the same, have used Grizzly and it's overated. Wouldn't use it again. Arctic Silver or IC Diamond for me.

Could do with replacing the thermal pad on the VRMs too, they reach 92C under load. What thinkness should i use?

My old r9 290 used to get hot too, so I changed the cooler and the Vrm's. From now on I am only buying cards with excellent cooling as I am fed up of changing the coolers on ref cards. This Msi 980ti I have now is superb for cooling.
