Having said what I did, I have a GTX460 overclocked to 850Mhz (no effort at all) and am very happy with it.

sorry to cut in on the topic, im getting a new rig as soon as ivybridge is out (ive waited over a year to save up, got the cash now, so figured ive waited this long i might aswell wait a bit longer), i was going to get a 7970 for the new pc, but might see if kepler is out or if prices drop etc, anyway with my current computer i was going to give it away, but then i thought that was stupid, so im going to do it up bit by bit and give it to my son
its currently got a nvidia Geforce 8800 gt club graphics card in it, are the cards mentioned better than that (ive no idea how i would find that out)
cheers mate, and im i right in thinking the 550 would be even better (if i can stretch that far), i cant see it on the drop down menu of that site you linked
As ALXandy said, the 550 is not better than a 460:
550 < 460 < 560 < 560Ti
+1 gtx460 (if possible).
