Hi,
What is the best graphics card i can buy for around £30.
I currently use the onboard graphics. (GMA3100 i think)
Don't game much. If I do resultion will be 1280 by 720.

No pc specs?

What do you currently use your pc for? And what games if any do you play?

Without that info it's going to be hard to help. Though I'd point you in the direction of the 5450 for primarily media use.

My specs:
E7400 - 2.8ghz stock
4GB ddr2 800mhz ram
gigabyte gm31 motherboard
250gb hdd going to upgrade to 1tb so i was thinking to put a gpu in.
600w ocz psu - should i sell this and get a lower watt psu.
The pc is usually used for watching movies. 720p.
Should I even bother putting a dedicated graphics in?

Does what you currently have do the job?

If yes, save your money for something else. A new gpu would allow you to play 720p/1080p with filters and possibly offer the ability to play games but you have stated you don't really game. So unless your integrated gpu has playback problems I'd keep your cash.
