Best Graphics card for £40

Im after a new graphics card for a Dell Vostro. The budget is £40 and im after the best card for gaming. I dont mind if it is ATI or Nvidia.

Edit: And the card will need to be new.

With free postage for OcUK former members I think you could do a lot worse.

I got one for my Dad's PC, nice little card, not too noisy, doesn't require external power and can play games at medium res nicely.
