Best graphics card for less than £85

Hello,
Can someone please recommend a graphics card for less than £85. I don't play games much but do play high def movies and the like. Current graphics card is being moved to another machine. Low Power useage if possible

Spec is as below taken from speccy. I also dont mind waiting for a bit if something much better will be around in a months time.

Also you say you don't mind waiting for newer cards, but it wont be used for gaming?

I'm putting that in another PC so need another GPU for my main PC. I do play games but not that much, hardly ever to be honest
