Best graphics card for my system

Hi all

Just wondering if it was worth upgrading the graphics card on my system. My PC is now fairly old and don't know if it would be worth it. The budget would be around £150. Current specs are:

Athlon 64 X2 6000+ 3.0
8gb DDR2 800
Asus Motherboard (Forgot the model but its not a crossfire board)
AMD 6850HD 1GB

I am thinking my CPU is going to be a bottleneck. I am currently gaming at 1920x1080.

Awesome will look at that thanks. Trying to put off replacing it really (currently in the process of buying a house so funds are tight). Maybe if I put a 7850 in I could get another year out of it
