Best graphics card for older spec

Hi,

I'm looking to give my current PC a bit of a boost in the gaming department.

I currently have:

• 
  Motherboard: MSI P31 Neo2-FR

• 
  CPU: Intel Pentium Dual Core E2200 Socket 775 2.2GHz 800FSB

• 
  GPU: Sapphire HD 4670 512MB GDDR3 PCI-E

What graphics card would you recommend to boost this system?

Would it be worth upgrading the CPU also?

My budget: £100

I'm playing skyrim, world of warcraft, battlefield 3

I think a 5770 would be good for you,I loved mine played everything

I'd go with a 6770 for that money. The CPU would bottleneck anything more powerful.
If you could get a second hand quad core 775 like a 6600 it should improve things, but i'm not sure if it'd be enough of a gain to warrant the outlay.
