You can find 7600GS's at around that price. Unfortunatly this site only stocks the more expensive silent/ OC'ed versions 
I got a 7600GT (PCIE) for £54 new a couple of weeks ago. You could probably pick up an AGP one for around that too. Or they're about £40-45 second hand.
Go for the GT over the GS if possible.
Oh, or if you can find an 8600GT second hand then that would be even better. Might be slightly over budget, but would be worth it.

I picked up a 7300GT DDR3 for £30 off OcUK a couple of weeks back, that'd be perfect if they're still selling them.
